Our program provides case management services to pregnant and/or parenting at least one child one year old or under, history of substance use and resides in Ramsey County. It is a voluntary program.

Services include: Substance use support, pregnancy and parenting support, birthing education, mental health screening, community referrals, and Diaper Bank.
