Within 1-2 business days after your intake with RCCMHC, one of our Family Coaches will reach out to you to help you place your order for free CALM Toolkit supplies valued up to $40 (no tax). You can browse the list of options by clicking on the blue button below.

RCCMHC takes a CARE TEAM approach to support you and your family.

​

FAMILY SUPPORT SPECIALIST

​

  • During your intake you met with a Family Support Specialist to do a Youth and Family Screening. This will be your main contact at RCCMHC.

  • Depending on your needs, the Family Support Specialist will schedule a Rapid Access appointment or connect you with other therapeutic supports.

  • After your intake, your Family Support Specialist will contact you to offer referral options. If you did not finish your screening during intake, your Family Support Specialist will schedule a follow up visit. They can also coordinate Care Team meetings between you and other providers (school, county, other family services etc.)

THERAPIST

  • Your child's Therapist will become part your collaborative Care Team to wrap support around your family. They can also check in with your child's school etc.  Your child's therapy notes are never shared with anyone else on the Care Team  unless you sign a special release form and ask the therapist to share specific information.

FAMILY COACH

  • A Family Coach will help you place your first CALM Toolkit order. Your Family Coach will act as a personal guide and help you find RCCMHC's free supports and resource tools. Your Family Coach can deliver a Family Care Binder and help you fill it out. They can also help you practice coping strategies like the ones found in our virtual CALM Room.

OTHER HELPERS & SERVICE PROVIDERS

  • Other RCCMHC staff with specialty backgrounds may join your family's Care Team as-needed. 

  • We can also help you invite school staff, county staff, clinical and nonclinical specialized care professionals, family service providers, basic needs providers, navigators, and healers to your Care Team.
