Upcoming Programs
- Feb 24, 2025, 7:00 PM – 8:00 PMZoom(Ages 12+) We'll practice assertive communication, how to talk to others about your feelings, how to ask for what you need, setting healthy boundaries, talking about mental health, and how to manage uncomfortable conversations . Each teen gets to choose free supplies for their CALM Toolkit.

- Mar 11, 2025, 6:30 PM – 8:00 PMZoomRamsey County Crisis will join us to review the difference between a mental health crisis and an emergency and how to manage each of these. We'll practice strategies to manage aggression and agitation and discuss when/how to get help. Two adult caregivers per family can receive a $20 gift card.

- May 20, 2025, 6:30 PM – 8:00 PMZoomWe'll discuss the joys and challenges associated with parenting a child/teen with mental health challenges. We'll discuss impacts on adult relationships, jobs, and health. 2 adults per family can get free CALM toolkit supplies. Stay tuned for more details as we plan this program.
